PHOBIA

According to Wikipedia, Phobia is an irrational, intense, persistent fear of certain situations, activities, things, or people. The main symptom of this disorder is the excessive, unreasonable desire to avoid the feared subject. When the fear is beyond one's control, and if the fear is interfering with daily life, then a diagnosis under one of the anxiety disorders can be made.

I'm really interested of how to face one's fear because personally, I have my own fears, and of course, every one fears of something. At first, the video was very interesting but as I watched it, it never gave me satisfaction and answer of how it was to face a phobia and how to conquer one's fear.

I partially dislike this video, maybe because it's not that complete if the content is to be rated. It would be better if the explanation was expounded and more examples were cited. However, only few revisions should be done to this video and this will help a lot to people who are also seeking for their own problems--- facing their own fears.

Psychology and Phobia are coinciding. Behavior, as one of those important factors in psychology can be directly or inversely proportioned to phobia. Since, everyone of us has his own fears, by studying the effects of phobias in our behavior, we can use psychology to act properly.
